SAUD AL-FAISAL: "EITHER A JUST PEACE OR WAR."

JEDDAH (SPA) - Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the Foreign Minister, warnedthat if no just and honourable peace was reached in respect of the MiddleEast Problem due to the obstinacy of Israel and its rejection to discusssubstantial matters which were the source of tension and instability in thearea, then war with all its serious consequences would become inevitable.
In a statement which he gave during a dinner party in honour ofMonsieur Henri Simonet, the Belgian Foreign Minister, yesterday eveningin Jeddah, Prince Saud said that the Arab countries made intensive effortsfor the sake of a just and permanent peace in the Middle East.
- He pointed out that such peace ought to be based on therecognition of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and its rightto establish a national homeland on its national land as well as therestoration of all Arab lands occupied by Israel in 1967 including theArab City of Jerusalem. .
Prince Saud affirmed that the European Community was ableto play an important and effective role to let Israel change its obstinateattitude, not only for the interest of the peoples of the Middle East area,but also for the sake of the European peoples, their security and prosperityas well as for international peace.
Prince Saud commended the fruitful and constructive cooperationbetween the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Belgium in the various fieldswhether at the bilateral level or the collective level, and that such cooperatinwas clearly manifested in the joint efforts of the two countries during the meetings of ilEuro-for:b' Dialogue held in the Belgian capital last October.
The Saudi Foreign Minister affirmed that the welfare and prosperity ofEurope and the Arab World were interrelated, and that Israel formed an obstaclein the way of additional cooperation between the Arab World and the EuropeanCommunity.

SULTAN WILL INAUGURATE Tin
ATA AIRPORT TODAY

ABHA (SPA) - Prince Sultan Ben Abdel Aziz, Minister of Defence and Aviationand the Inspector General, will inaugurate this afternoon the new Abha Airport.
The cost of this big project totalled 163 million Riyals. The airportwill be expanded by a two-stage operation, the first costing 137 million Riyals andthe second 35 million Riyals.
The Airport includes an official receiving hall, and other buildingsfor air cargo.
The airport will receive big planes like the Tristar, and it is furnished
