Minutes 2. I discussed with him the question of the accuracy of the alleged text of the Agreement of Sib. He has pointed out what I had not realised - that the pamphlet does not purport to quote the whole text of the Agreement. It quotes the two sets of four conditions. The phrase described in Mr. Riches para.3(a above is not on the face of it necessarily a deliberate forgery, although it has been interpolated in such a manner that the casual reader might take it to be part of the text: it could possibly be regarded as an "explanation". 3. This makes it perhaps more difficult for us to justify the publication of the whole text. We cannot, after all, point to a complete alleged text which has already been published.
