It has been reported in the press that the UAEand Kenya have decided to establish diplomatic relationsfrom 5 June.
We have no information as yet on what exactlythe Kenyans will do, but I hope that at the very leastthey will establish a consulate here and relieve us ofthe tiresome chore of issuing Kenyan visas, for whichthere is a fairly steady demand!
