The Port Regulations for Sitra annexed hereto which have been given the force of law in Bahrain by a General A' lan issued by the Ruler of Bahrain on the day of shall apply to all persons subject to the Bahrain Order, i fourcih 1982. 2. Any such person who contravenes the aforesaid Port Regulations or any order given by the Port Officer or by any authorised port official thereunder or who is responsible for any such contravention or who is the Master of any kind vessel by or in respect of which any such contravention has been committed shall be liable, on conviction, to imprisonment for a period not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding 1,500 Rupees or both, 3. For the purposes of this Regulation the expressions "Port Officer", yessel" and "Master" shall have the meanings ascribed to them in Part II of the Port Regulations. 4.
