ARCHIVES No. 5 Transfer of Jurisdiction, Bahrain 17 NOV 1967 Sir, I have the honour to transmit herewith the Original of the Bahraini Transfer of Jurisdiction (Miscellaneous Matters) Regulation 1967 (Queen's Regulation No. 18 of 1967) which I hare made today by the Non-urgent procedure. 2. The Regulation, which represents further progress in transferring Her Majesty's Jurisdiction to the Ruler of Bahrain, and which has been agreed in correspondence with your department, will be brought into effect after I have received notification of its allowance. 3. A copy of this despatch and its enclosure is being sent to the Political Agent Bahrain for publication, and to the Judge of Her Majesty's Court in Bahrain.
