Revised draft of Hammarskjöld's reply to Prince Faisal Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud. HMG agrees to the text, but asks for a delay in its despatch until the Sultan of Muscat and the Ruler of Abu Dhabi are informed of the proposals.
