The summary covers Muscat and Oman, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and the Trucial States (1) A report of a conversation between Roger Stevens and J Terry Duce, who was making a tour of the American universities in the Middle East. They also discussed various aspects of the oil industry in the Middle East (Duce was previously Executive Vice President of the Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO)) (2).
