Cultural relations between the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates

<p>This file contains correspondence relating to UK/UAE cultural co-operation, the British Council's activities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the UK/UAE Joint Committee meetings, including the Cultural Agreement between the United Kingdom (UK) and the UAE, and a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on 12 July 1971 between the UK Government and the Rulers of the Trucial States (TS) concerning the status and functions of the British Council in the TS, an MoU on education cooperation between the UAE Federal Ministry of Education and the British Council, and an annual report on the UAE by the British Council.</p>
