Retrocession of jurisdiction in Bahrain

This file contains the Transfer of Jurisdiction (Miscellaneous Matters) Regulation, 1971, and related correspondence. The purpose of this regulation is to transfer jurisdiction over civil matters by retroceding to the Bahrain Contract Law, 1969, the Bahrain Civil Wrongs Ordinance, 1970, and the Bahrain Registration of Births and Deaths Ordinance, 1970. This file also contains:
