- The purchase of Parkgate House in Richmond by the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the issue of the neighbouring property Ham Gate Lodge overlooking his garden. It includes discussion of various solutions such as alterations to the listed building and buying out the existing tenants, and ministerial meetings with Sheikh Khalifa

- Mahdi Al Tajir’s presentation of his credentials as the UAE Ambassador to the UK, and his news that the Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum is very ill. It also includes HMG’s drafting of condolence messages in the event of the Ruler’s death.
