Qatari foreign policy

It includes Qatar's proposal to seek election for the seat of Vice-Chairman at the General Conference of the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) as well as Qatar’s accession to the Nuclear and Non-Proliferation Treaty, a report of the Secretary General regarding the establishment of a nuclear-weapon-free zone in the Middle East, and the supply of Chinese weapons to Gulf States.</p>
