This file relates to Kuwait's land frontiers and seabed boundaries. It contains:
- A record of talks held in Tehran, from 17 to 22 December 1960, between Kuwaiti and Iranian delegations including the role of Ashraf Lutfi Kuwait's Assistant Secretary of State
- A note dated 8 February 1960 from HMG to Iran referring to Saudi Arabia's possible interest in respect of the Kuwait-Saudi Neutral Zone
- A protest from Iran to HMG concerning the Kuwait Government's actions prejudicing the meeting
- A memorandum advising the Kuwait delegation to negotiate for a three-mile limit prepared by A R Walmsley
- Theoretical notes prepared by Commander R H Kennedy for a conference on the law of the sea 2 April 1958.
