  • Egyptian propaganda spread by Jordan nationals in the Gulf and a request that the Jordan Government be approached to prevent people who might be expected to make anti-Hussein propaganda from leaving the country (1)
  • Jordanian extremists in the Gulf and the need for a good conduct certificate before visas are granted (2) Jordan's intention to establish a consulate-general in Kuwait and question whether it is agreeable to HMG. Reasons given as to why Britain oppose this proposal. The Ruler of Kuwait Sheikh Abdulla Al Salem Al Sabah does not want to see further consulates open in Kuwait (3, 5)
  • Question of preventing undesirable Jordanians from taking appointments in the Gulf where they cause trouble and spread subversive propaganda (4)
  • Jordan's proposed compromise for opening a consulate in Kuwait (6)
