Article 7. No films could be shown in Kuwait without prior permission
from the Department concerned.

Exports

Article 8. Goods which are likely to be smuggled into Israel cannot
be exported from Kuwait unless sufficient guarantees are produced by
exporters, to the effect that their goods will not reach Israel; i.e.
a custom clearance certificate from the importing country.

Article 9. As oil is one of the main items which Israel tries to
procure, and as all Arab countries including Kuwait are anxious not to
allow Arab oil to reach Israel, strict control is being maintained on
oil exported from Kuwait ports to make sure that it does not reach Israel.
The company which exploits Kuwaiti oil should abide by these conditions.

Navigation companies

Article 10. Ships and tankers will be blacklisted in the following cases: 
(a) If they pass through Arab and Israeli ports in one journey.

(b) If they are hired by Israeli navigation companies.

(c) If they transport war materials to Israel. The following

items are considered as war material: 
Arms and ammunitions, military equipment and their spare
parts, explosives of all kinds.

2. Chemicals used for military purposes.

3. Raw cotton.

4. Fuel (oil, coal, charcoal etc.).

5. Aeroplanes and ships and their spare parts.

6. Tractors and their spare parts.

7. Military vehicles and their spare parts.

8. Coins, gold or silver ingots, Bank notes and items used in

their manufacture.

9. Foodstuffs imported for the Israeli armed forces.
Article 11. Blacklisted ships and tankers will be prohibited from
anchoring in Arab ports.

Foreign Aviation Companies

Article 12. Aeroplanes which land in Israeli airports will be
prohibited from flying over or landing in Kuwait, during the same
journey
