- Request from Petroleum Development (Trucial Coast) (PDTC) to the Foreign Office for copies of maps of Sharjah and the return of previously sent copies (12)
- Impending end of the Exploration Agreement between the Ruler of Fujairah Sheikh Mohammad Bin Hamad Al Sharqi and PDTC and the decision by PDTC not to renew the 1955 agreement with HMG relating to this (13, 17)
- Question of how to find an appropriate successor to PDTC in Sharjah, and PDTC's relinquishment of the Sharjah concession (14, 18)

- Plans for the Ruler of Sharjah Sheikh Saqr Bin Sultan Al Qasimi to see representatives from German and Italian oil companies to address the granting of PDTC's relinquished concessions and the Ruler's acceptance of an invitation to Iran (22)
