الحسين
Development activity during 1962
included the drilling of 13 Second
Pay oil wells, five of which were
completed as triple-zone producers,
seven as dual producers, and one as
a single-zone well. One development
well was being drilled as the year
ended. In addition, a total of 22
repair operations were performed, 13
of which involved a change of pro ducing zones for the individual wells
concerned. The increased number
of producing outlets resulting from
this continuing development pro gramme has made it possible to
maintain production efficiently at
the present level.

اشتملت أعمال التحسين في
البحرين خلال عام ۱۹۹۲ على حفر ۱۳ بئرا
للزيت من الطبقة المنتجة الثانية ، تم
العمل في خمس منها لتنتج انتاجا من
ثلاث مناطق ، وسبع لتنتج انتاجا ثنائيا
و بئر واحدة لتنتج انتاجا من طبقة مفردة .
كما حفرت بئر تطويرية في أواخر هذا
العام الذي نحن بصدده . وزيادة على
ذلك أنجزت ۲۲ عملية اصلاح للآبار ،
منها ۱۳ بئرا شملها تغيير في طبقة
الانتاج ، كل واحدة حسب أحوالها
وظروفها الخاصية . والعدد المتزايد في
منافذ الانتاج الذي جاء نتيجة لبرنامج
التحسين المستمر في أرجاء الحقل ،
قد سهل امكانية المحافظة على الانتاج بصورة
زعالة في المستوى الحالي .
A series of structure wells was started in the Sitra area as part of the
continuing search for fresh reserves of crude oil in and around Bahrain.
