I expect that you will find the one from Major Reeve more suitable for forwarding to this Officer Cadet's guardian, but I am sending the College Commander's report to you as well, as it gives rather more colour to the commentary about his determination. I expect that you will wish to send both reports to the Foreign Office, together with a copy of my covering letter, though I quite understand that it may not be appropriate to send Colonel Cowtan's letter to Prince Faisal's guardian.
