COPY CONFIDENTIAL REPORT: OVERSEAS CADETS Reference RMAS/505/G 26 Feb. 63. Here is the report requested. Major Reeve has been as honest as possible within the limits of diplomacy! The lack of resolution referred to was a blatant case of gutlessness, where the heart gave out before the body. I am sure it is right to include this in the report heavily watered down, in case we have a repeat performance at a later date. Obviously, Faisal would not be removed from the Academy for failing written work, but he might be for lack of guts. I don't suppose either will happen, but it is as well to be on the safe side, I think. Perhaps the Commandant should see the report before it is sent, as I know he is taking a personal interest in the case. 19th February, 1963.
