- Postal agreements between the Baroody Stamp Company and the Rulers of Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah. The company is guilty of several breaches of contract (1)
- Exchange of letters with the Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum about British representation of his post office at the Universal Postal Union (UPU) (3)
- Ruler of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Shakhbut Bin Sultan Al Nahyan's refusal to allow the post office to sell the new Abu Dhabi stamps, the first to bear Sheikh Shakbut's head (11)
- Exchange of letters with Sheikh Saqr Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi setting out conditions under which the General Post Office would represent the Ras Al Khaimah Post Office at the UPU (16)
- Request that the Crown Agents Stamp Bureau be asked if they will handle the stamps for Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah. The Crown Agents are keen to do so, but do not want to be associated with J and H Stolow, Wholesale Stamp Dealers, which is known to manipulate the stamp market (20)
- Request from Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum for the secondment of a British official to sort out the unsatisfactory state of the Dubai Post Office (32)
