Frontier dispute between Kuwait and Iraq, 1957

This file concerns the dispute over the Kuwait-Iraq frontier. It contains correspondence relating to: Kuwait's insistence on a demarcation of the frontier as a condition of any agreement for an oil pipeline from Basra across Kuwait; the Ruler of Kuwait's appeal to HMG to resolve the boundary issue; and discussions about how to bring about further talks between the two sides.
