The Crown Agents ask for advice on how to inform the Ruler of Sharjah Sheikh Saqr Bin Sultan Al Qasimi that they do not wish to deal through Fouad Antoun of Middle East Stamps Incorporated (1) Signing of an agreement between the Sheikh of Himriyya [Hamriyah] Humaid Bin Abdul Rahman and Fouad Antoun for the publishing of postage stamps.
