It includes issues raised on the text of the agreement between the Ruler of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Shakhbut Bin Sultan Al Nahyan and the Abu Dhabi Development Company (1) Confirmation that Chandler Bros., Colwill & How were formed to provide an office as a base for the project in Abu Dhabi. The company had not been registered with the Board of Trade, and therefore the agreement was made out between Sheikh Shakhbut and Messrs Colwill & Lippett representing Chandler Bros., Industries and Messrs.
