It includes a request by Sheikh Mohammad Bin Salimin of the Al Bu Shamis [Al Shamsi] tribe to purchase arms and receive financial aid from HMG, and a request by Sheikh Ali Bin Ahmad Al Salf that the Naim tribe be accepted as another Trucial State.
