It contains correspondence concerning: Drawing up of an agreement between the Chandler Brothers' firm and the Ruler of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Shakhbut Bin Sultan Al Nahyan to found the Abu Dhabi Development Company; and subsequent issues with the monopoly clauses within the agreement.
