This file contains correspondence relating to: Possibility of the Iraqi Ministry of Education providing teachers for the school in the Trucial States and the proposal for the establishment of an education committee for the Trucial States (1-4, 6-9, 15) Agreement for boys from the Trucial States to receive secondary education in Kuwait, if they meet the necessary educational standard (5) Estimates of the number of teachers which will be required in the Trucial States in the next five years and the costs (10) Suggestion that Qatar could also be provided with teachers from Iraq.
