This file contains: Notes and material collected in response to an enquiry from the Ministry of Defence regarding the agreements by which HMG is able to station armed forces in the Gulf, and the status of these forces. It includes translations of documents from 1934 regarding the purchase of land in Bahrain for use by HMG.
