  • An Iranian protest to HMG over the use of the term in Central Office of Information (COI) newsreels running in Kenyan cinemas; an assurance given by the Foreign Secretary James Callaghan to the Iranian Minister-Counsellor Assad Etessam that the use of the term was a production error
