- Financial difficulties of the Overseas Dredging Company following their work in Qatar; and a possible meeting between Tilbury Contracting Group and Sheikh Khalifa Bin Hamad Al Thani to come to terms over the current dispute or refer the case to arbitration
- Proposal by Pomeroy Hawaiian Dredging Company to the Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum to construct a harbour without the services of consulting engineers
