- Discussion on the current situation regarding the 1958 Gwadar Agreement, including these four issues: the position of Major Sakhi Raja and four doctors and dentists, the interruption of recruiting, the return of all seconded Pakistani officers and the military clauses of the agreement. It also includes discussion of a Pakistani aide memoire on the revision of the treaty; the need for HMG to make representations to Pakistan in respect to their obligations under the agreement; the preparations for agreement on a BBC relay station (1)
- The Sultan of Muscat and Oman Saeed Bin Taimur’s request for information on what the position was for HMG’s approach to the President of Pakistan Ayub Khan.
