This file contains miscellaneous papers, reports, correspondence and treaties relating to Arabia, the Gulf, and the wider Middle East, from 1916-1933. It contains: The Mecca Agreement of 1926 between the King of Hejaz and Nejd King Ibn Saud and the Imam of Asir Ali Bin Mohammad Al Idrisi, also called the Idrisi Agreements and correspondence between Hejaz and Sudan, with HMG as an intermediary Annual reports on the Hajj from 1926-1933, including the demographics of the pilgrims.

This bound volume of Colonial Office correspondence mainly with the Admiralty and the Foreign Office relates to the affairs of ‘Arabia’, especially to the King of Hejaz Hussein Bin Ali Al Hashemi and his son Faisal Bin Hussein Al Hashemi, who is the King of Iraq and the ex-King of Syria.
