Exploring the possibility of educating law students from the Gulf in Jordan if they do not have sufficient English to study in UK. Amman is deemed suitable because Jordanian law is based on Palestine mandate and is very much like the system Britain plans to adopt in the Gulf; there are no law schools in Jordan, there was a law school in Jerusalem under the mandate, but this has been dispersed (1-2)
