Thank you for your letter of the 23rd December - reference
AS94/163/01 Part 2, forwarding a further report from Champniss con cerning the suitability of Muscat for Gulf Aviation's services.
We should like this subject to be held in abeyance until
the return to London of Mr. Beeby Thompson, the Chairman of Gulf,
who is at present on leave in the Caribbean, and who is familiar
with civil engineering problems in the Gulf. I feel Thompson
will wish to comment personally on the possible cost of laying
down PSP at Muscat.
