Sultan Saeed Bin Taimur denies this (1) Impending departure of Cities Service Company from Dhofar, and the RAF's intention for the acquisition of left behind facilities and equipment (2, 9) Proposed transfer to Shell of Foreign Office correspondence with the Iraq Petroleum Company (IPC) in connection with Petroleum Development (Oman), which was owned by IPC, but is now run by Shell.
