It contains correspondence concerning: Ambassador R W Parkes's discussion with Prince Faisal Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud on a proposed agenda for Anglo-Saudi talks, including the latter's ultimatum regarding: the withdrawal of British troops from disputed areas; repatriation of refugees; maintenance of law and order; and supervision of the area by a neutral administration.
