The Ruler of Bahrain Sheikh Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa asked for HMG assistance. King Saud Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud says he will be happy to settle this only after a Buraimi solution (3-4)

Firstly, to combat the problem of smuggling.
