It contains correspondence relating to: Discussion on the current situation regarding the 1958 Gwadar Agreement, including these four issues: the position of Major Sakhi Raja and four doctors and dentists, the interruption of recruiting, the return of all seconded Pakistani officers and the military clauses of the agreement.

This file contains correspondence relating to: Proposal for a fish marketing enterprise in Sharjah, whereby a plane that currently transports fruit and vegetables from Beirut to Doha, would be used, on its return journey, for exporting fish. Checks are requested to make sure that the proposal is above board (1) Complaint by the Deputy Ruler of Ajman Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi  to the Iranian Government about the Iranian navy confiscating the catches of a group of fishing boats belonging to Ajman, and operating from Kuwait.
