It contains reports, meeting summaries and drafts of correspondence of British officials' interactions with Gulf Rulers and Dutch Officials. The question of landing rights for KLM in Dubai was raised during the visit of the Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum to London.
