Please refer to Malcolm Holding's letter NBT 12/9
of 19 May. A copy of the amendment was not in fact
enclosed.
2. I have now received a copy of the Decree in Arabic
signed by the Ruler. This is enclosed together with a
translation. Photostats are also enclosed with Malcolm
Holding's copy.
3. As time is short, the Abu Dhabi Government would be
grateful if the urgent procedure could be invoked and a
Queen's regulation published as in the case of the 1965
Regulation. A copy of this is enclosed for you only for
ease of reference.
