We are gratified to inform Your Highness thatthis area within the red line has developed manifestationsof possible oil structure which warrant furtherexploratory and possible drilling and developmentactivities We have therefore proceeded upon the understanding vith Your Highness that the area within the redline on the plan annexed to this letter, lies within thedomain of Your Highness but we pray Your Highness toconfirm to us at this functure that such area does infact lie within your domain. We deen specific advicefrom you to this effect necessary in order that we maybe correctly advised concerning our obligations underthe concessions we hold from you so that we may act toprotect our rights and to perform our obligations toYour Highness.
