. 95 The accounts of the Board shall be audited once a year by a firm of Chartered Accountants. We propose to appoint -Lessrs. as auditors in the first place. The Governor of the Bank oi England has offered to place facilities at the disposal of the Board in the form of an account at the Bank of England. We have accepted this offer.
