Buraimi - Wadi Al Jizzi track, and after that to the
northerly extremity of the two mountains called Jebal
Zarrub, Following the crest line of these two features
to their southerly extremity, the line runs to the
middle of the plain between Jebal Sababa and Jebal
Malaqa, and onwards past the southern tip of the latter
to the disused crater like well Tawi Awiyyir. Thence it
continues south east, passing along the eastern edge of
Jebal Mindissa, where the mountain meets the plain, and
similarly along the Jebal Mithaimuma to the Thiqbat
Sa'a (water point on the Falaj Sa'a).

Thereafter the frontier runs south (177°) to a
point on the northern tip of Jebal Dharuf. From here it
continues west initially (265) to a point in the Wadi
Maraikhat, which it then follows by its middle course to
its continuation, known as Batha (water-course) Al
Ashkhar, and along it to the point where this water course meets the main track from Buraimi to Hafit, 870
yards south of the Abu Dhabi police post at Maziad.
From this point the line runs at a bearing of 300 to
the isolated yellow mound Qurn Umbatah and to the water
channel Al Aqda, following its middle course to the
summit of Jebal Hafit. It then continues along the crest
line of this mountain to a point immediately east of the
most northerly water-course of the Sha'ab Al Chaf area,
following the northern bank of this wadi (which later
splits up into a number of separate channels) until it
meets the Buraimi - Qabil track, where the marked portion
of the frontier ends.

From this point the line continues west (252)
through the Sabkha Thuwaima, leaving Naga Al Hauz in
Abu Dhabi, and then to the north of Husn Siqqiya (a small
ruined fort wholly in Muscat). It continues in straight
lines westwards to Jiz'at Daali (wooded area), to Ghaf
Sanuta (small group of large trees), Hiyaira (small
wooded area), and then crosses the plain Sillat al
Muhanna one mile east of the Muhanna dune. The border
then runs south eastwards, leaving Raq'at Ya'ariba in
Abu Dhabi, to a point between Raq'at al Aradh and Sih
Gnaiyyir, where it turns south, passing west of Raqa'at
as Salli, to the summit of Naqa Sulaima.

The frontier continues southwards to the dunes of
Ramlat Saham and thence to a point in the sand just
north of Shantut (Muscat). From this point it runs in a
straight line to a large sand dune la miles west of
Tawi al Augan, and on to the eastern end of the dune range
Ura ar Rahail.

Thence the border runs to a point halfway between
the dunes of Mdairum and Raqaiyat (just south of Astro
point Naga Hur) and continues southwards in straight
lines east of Ghadda Bul Abbas to a point west of Khor
Umm Al Aush (bitter well) and straight on to Al Ghuwaifat
(scrubby trees) in Sih Awaiyya. From there it continues
through Astro Point Sih Al Haira, and through the centre
of the eastern Kharimat Gharaidha to the narrow part of
western Sih Salil east of the sabkha. The border then
